I just took the Simple Living Pledge and you should too if...

...you want to:
  • Find happiness in the everyday
  • Live your life more mindfully/being present in the moment
  • Live a healthier life (for your mind, body and spirit)
  • Work to be more green/environmentally friendly

A few weeks ago I got an email from Kanelstrand asking me to join in on the Simple Living Pledge. Who/What is Kanelstrand you ask? Well, it's an awesome blog whose main goal is to encourage simple living. You can find out more about about the blog here.

Since this is so in tune with my core beliefs, signing up was a no-brainer.  The challenge starts on February 1st and goes for 3 weeks.  I'll be joining the discussions over on her blog but I may also post on this blog about this challenge and how it's changing my life. I am so excited to be a part of this challenge on Kanelstrand and I hope you will join me.

  1. oooh. I'm going to check this out. I decided that each month this year I am going to challenge myself with something new. January was a cleanse, and I'm so proud of myself for doing it. This sounds like something I would like. Thanks for sharing!
