A look at Winter Line

The wind at your back
A bustling city across the river
A quiet moment by the water

Winter Line is landscape painting inspired by a walk along the Hudson River in Hoboken, NJ. There is a spot where the land juts out like a pier and trees have been planted.* In the winter it looks like a perfect row of trees. Although I was so close to the city, I was pulled in by the peacefulness of a simple line of trees along the water.

*this was over 10 years ago that I took the photo and this landscape might have changed

This painting is available, you can find it on my Saatchi page.

A look at Montauk

A cold and quiet day by the ocean

Montauk is an original landscape painting I created after a trip to Montauck, NY. We had all gone out to Long Island to see the seals in the winter and I couldn't help but see the beauty around us.

This painting has sold, you can find more paintings like it on my Saatchi page

A look at Contemplating the Storm

The sound of waves,
salty air,
a good time to relax your shoulders and breathe.

Contemplating the Storm was created after I visited Montauck, NY to watch the seals with friends. This is an original mixed media painting I made from a photograph.

Contemplating the Storm has sold. However, small prints and note cards are available on my Etsy site.
